At Junction 8 Coffee Roasters, we take pride in the quality of our coffee and want every customer to enjoy their experience with us.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unhappy with the coffee you received, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem with the product or packaging
Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement product where appropriate.
Please note:
- Replacement requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis
- We reserve the right to refuse replacement requests that do not include sufficient proof of the issue
- We do not provide refunds for opened or used products unless required by law
