COFFEE PROFILE
Amazonia is roasted to a smooth medium profile, bringing together the rich sweetness of Brazil, the balanced caramel and fruit notes of Colombia, and the bright citrus clarity of Peru.
In the cup, expect smooth notes of chocolate, toasted hazelnut, caramel, soft citrus, and delicate berry sweetness with a creamy body and clean finish.
Crafted as an easy-drinking and versatile coffee, Amazonia works beautifully across all brew methods — from espresso and milk drinks to filter coffee and cafetières — delivering a balanced and approachable cup every time.
Coffee origins
Amazonia was created as a tribute to the incredible coffee-growing landscapes of Brazil, Colombia, and Peru — three countries connected by the Amazon rainforest and river system. Brazil holds around 58% of the Amazon rainforest, Peru around 13%, and Colombia approximately 7%, making this blend inspired by one of the world’s most biodiverse and important natural regions.
The blend combines naturally processed Brazilian coffees for body and chocolate sweetness, washed Colombian coffees for balance and caramel richness, and high-altitude Peruvian coffees for brightness and clarity. Together, these origins create a coffee that showcases the character and diversity of South American speciality coffee.
Coffee has been grown across these regions for generations, with Colombia’s Huila mountains, Peru’s high-altitude Cajamarca farms, and Brazil’s vast Mogiana growing areas all recognised globally for producing exceptional Arabica coffees with distinctive flavour profiles and ideal growing conditions.
