Our Colombia Dulima is roasted to a medium profile to highlight the vibrant sweetness and clean character this classic Huila coffee is known for.
In the cup, expect smooth notes of citrus, red berries, caramel, and chocolate, balanced by a silky body and crisp, clean finish.
This is a bright yet approachable coffee with excellent balance and consistency, working beautifully as both espresso and filter while pairing perfectly with milk-based drinks.
Coffee origins
Dulima was created in 2009 to showcase the quintessential coffee profile of Colombia’s renowned Huila region, where rich volcanic soils and high-altitude farms produce some of the country’s most exceptional coffees.
Carefully sourced from small holder farmers across central and southern Huila, each lot undergoes rigorous sensory analysis at origin to ensure outstanding quality and profile consistency year after year.
The name “Dulima” was inspired by the indigenous Pijaos people of the Tolima volcano region, who referred to the volcano as “Dulima,” meaning “Snow Queen.”
